Where Did This Vineyard Acquire Its Name?
The founder Adolf Kruger bought land near Okanagan Falls in 1983. When he went back to his new property there was a huge flock of Canada geese feeding there. He decided right then to call his property Wild Goose Vineyards.
From the Beginning – A Look at the History
Did you know the Wild Goose was one of the first twenty wineries to be founded in the area? It was actually the 17th winery. It was originally founded by the owners in 1990. It is known for having a vineyard that produces some of the most delicious wine in British Columbia.
