Downtown Vernon offers 26 giant murals that are painted along the streets. These murals provide a visual history of the area. You can pick up a walking tour guide at the Vernon Visitor Centre.

Near Princeton you will find the Snaza'ist Discovery Centre. Explore ancient pictographs and rock painting from all around the British Columbia area.

There are a number of festivals and events that offer an inside look into the artistic culture of this area. These include Kamloops Bizarre Bazaar, Kamloops Art Walk, and Lake Country Art Walk.
