The Iconic Tree of Hope in Kelowna
The Iconic Tree of Hope in Kelowna stands as a stunning, 120-foot symbol of the holiday season, adorned with 25,000 bulbs. While the holiday market event at the Tree finished in November, it remains a beautiful sight in the Landmark neighbourhood along Harvey Ave until January. It's perfect for a quick, festive drive-by or a walk with some hot cocoa.
The market, supporting the Central Okanagan Food Bank, ran for two days in late November. This year, it featured a significant contribution from the Stober Foundation to the Food Bank, providing essential nutrition to those in need. The Tree of Hope, with its grandeur and the community's spirit of giving, continues to be a beloved Kelowna tradition.
Stuart Park Ice Rink: A Canadian Holiday Tradition
Experience the holidays in true Canadian fashion at the Stuart Park Ice Rink. Whether you're skating with family, friends, or solo, the rink offers a picturesque and heartwarming setting. Cozy up near the crackling bonfire or pose for photos under the giant Christmas tree. No skates? No problem. Rentals are readily available. Plus, it’s in the heart of downtown, making it a convenient and lively spot to visit.
Mission Hill Winery: Christmas Trees for a Cause

Children's Hospital, spreading joy to those in need. It’s a beautiful setting to enjoy the holiday spirit, and the fact that it supports a good cause makes visiting here feel extra special. From November 29th to December 23rd. Tickets are priced at $60.
Kettley Valley: A Magical Drive Through Kelowna
For a truly magical experience, plan a drive through Kettley Valley. Journey through this picturesque neighborhood and witness the breathtaking backdrop of the valley, lake, and city views, perfectly complemented by the vibrant, colourful Christmas light displays.
