Located on Bernard Avenue in Downtown Kelowna is Salted Brick. Operating hours are Monday and Tuesday 11am to  6pm, Wednesday through Friday 11am to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 10pm. Salted Brick is also available for takeout.

A wonderful new restaurant that is clean and inviting awaits you. The wooden benches, small tables, and window stools are perfect for a delicious brunch, a light lunch, or a dinner out with friends. Salted Brick was the Silver Winner in the Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards for Best of Okanangan and Best of Winery and Vineyard Dining.

Chef Jason Leizert is the owner and operator of Salted Brick. He has extensive culinary experience in Vancouver, and now has chosen to settle in Kelowna and make Salted Brick a success.

Menu

The brunch and lunch menu at Salted Brick is one of the best in the area. The choice of foods and mouth-watering flavours paired together are absolutely scrumptious. Blue Cheese and Dates, Roasted Carrot Soup, Spiced Bologna Sandwich with Apple and Greens are a perfect to start out a weekend. Foods are fresh, organic, and locally grown.

Oysters, Albacore Tuna, and Smoked Tongue are a few dinner choices available.  Presentation of each dish is glorious, and the taste is certainly no less.

Spirits

Salted Brick has a simple yet elegant wine and cocktail list. Glasses of chilled red or white wine are available. You can order wine by the bottle or by the glass. Draft Beer is also available. Of course, soft drinks, Ginger ale, Iced and Green tea are offered if you prefer non-alcoholic drinks.

Walk into Salted Brick and enjoy brunch, lunch, or dinner. The friendly staff and clean dining room will keep you wanting to return sooner than later.
