The family of the restaurant you may or may not know as Quail's Gate started farming back in 1908 in Okanagan Valley. Their primary focus was farming wine and grapes. Almost 50 years later in 1956, the family purchased the estate that would become Quail’s Gate. This is a family who celebrates each and every year they continue to do something and share something they are passionate about.

Recently, the restaurant was named as one of the top 100 outdoor dining restaurants. What better way to enjoy a nice chilled bottle of wine than outside with a view? With summer in full bloom, it only makes sense to head over to their patio, relax, and enjoy a nice glass of wine alongside a tasty meal.

Not Sure What You Want To Order?

It is normal to come to a restaurant for the first time and have no idea what you want to order. It is even normal for you to not know which of the many-many wines you want to taste. Fortunately, the staff at Quail's Gate are just as friendly as they are passionate.

Just tell your server you are not sure what you want or you need help picking a wine that pairs well with the food you want to get. The servers are happy to make recommendations on what wines would taste good with the dish you have chosen to eat. They may even offer a small sample to make sure you like what you are ordering with your meal.

Quail’s Gate is known for their wine and their passion for making it, but they are so much more than just a place to grab a tall glass of wine. This is a place where you will feel like a family while you enjoy a delicious meal.
