As the largest slo-pitch tournament and music festival found in all of Canada, Funtastic is one of the best events of the year. This year's event will be held from June 26th to June 29th with plenty of fun lined up for everybody to enjoy.

Band Line Up

The Funtastic event will include plenty of great music during the annual A & W Music Festival. Each evening there will be music provides with about 6,000 patrons taking it in. The line-up for 2015 includes:

• Shawn Lightfoot Band

The Young 'uns

All of these bands will provide plenty of fun and you can enjoy the festival for $50 for a weekend pass or $25 for a day pass. Tickets are available online at, http://funtasticsports.ca or at the beverage garden ticket office during the festival.

Music will start at 7pm each night and will be held on the DND grounds off highway 97S.

The Tournament

The softball tournament will be held on all three days. Games will start at 5:15pm on Friday, 8am on Saturday and 8am on Sunday. They will last all day on both Saturday and Sunday with multiple games going at one time. Playoff games will be held Sunday evening and Monday morning.

Registration is still open for teams to participate, except for the K Division. You can register online and the cost is $400 for 4 game and $450 for 6 game.

Other Information

Along with the music and the softball, there will be vendors on hand with food and other items. Shuttles will also be available starting at 10:30pm from the festival grounds and they are free of charge. The music festival is an adult only event for ages 19 and up.
