Are you down for a great time? The 68th annual Penticton Peach Festival is just around the corner. It will be held in Penticton, BC on August 5th through August 9th 2015.

The festival is located at different parks depending on the events that will take place. However, all the parks are within walking distance of each other for convenience and ease of access. In fact, Penticton Peach Festival recommends that you leave your car at home. You can find out where each event will take place on their website.

How Much Does it Cost?

There is not a fee to walk around, enjoy the music and the atmosphere. However, you do not want to come with an empty wallet. Merchandise ranging from jewelry to artwork is available from the many different vendors selling their wares. Make sure to come hungry too. Food vendors are there to help fill your grumbling belly.

A plethora of different events is offered that fit all personality types. Some of these events cost extra, some are free, and some you have to register ahead of time, so make sure you plan ahead. You can enjoy bingo, a sandcastle competition, rides and even square dancing.

Would You Like to Volunteer?

The Penticton Peach Festival is always looking for volunteers of all ages. They need people in a lot of different areas from the information desk to helping keep the park clean to light security. They can always use help with the annual Peter Bros. Grand Parade too. If volunteering interest you, there is a form to fill out on their website.

The Penticton Peach Festival offers a fun-filled weekend for every age bracket. If you are in the area, make sure to schedule some time to check it out!
