Wondering where you can go to for a good dining experience? Here are just a few places that are definitely worth taking the time to check out.
Barley Station Brew Pub
This pub’s Head Brewer uses their reverse osmosis system to start making their beer with purified water. They use the finest malted grain from North America and Europe combined with this water to serve you some of the best beer that you can find.
Depending on the time of the year, you will find seasonal beers available. But you can be guaranteed that all of their beers will be made with the yeast and hops that are chosen for their aroma and bitterness.
No preservatives are added and no filtering is used. All of their beer is made in house and only travels 50 feet to your table. This not only tastes good but it is also good for the environment.
Grand Forks Station Neighbourhood Pub
After the Rock Creek Gold Rush and the influx of Americans a new railway was created. Construction was rapidly pursed and the C&W was built. The C&W was not able to obtain a right-of-way into the City of Grand Forks. The station was built in what is now West Grand Forks.
The station is the main part of the pub. It is the oldest CPR station in B.C. and it is protected by the City of Grand Forks and the federal government. Here you find a menu that will be sure to please all ages and also serves a new Wheat Free Menu.
Bottoms Sun Peaks
This pub prides themselves on “Keeping it Real”. They train their staff to “treat others how you would like to be treated”. They only use fresh ingredients and only make homemade burgers and they want to make sure that you leave happy no matter what.
You will be served micro brewed beer from Sleemans and Okanagan Breweries that will be sure to please your palate. Bottoms wants you to leave happy and satisfied with their prices, portions and service.
These are just a few of the best pubs in Okanagan for dinner. Whether you just want a pint or a great dinner, there are plenty of choices on the menu at all of these spots.
